Tasting notes: Merlot with an impenetrable ruby colour. On the nose, hints of red berried fruits and spicy aromas of cinnamon and clove. The taste is full, soft and persistent.
Pairing: Excellent red to combine with typical dishes, such as roasted guinea fowl, but also lends itself to accompanying medium-aged cheeses.
