Tasting notes:
Colour: Red hue, intense robe, purple strains.
Aroma: initial impression of red, spring fruit, compote of red and black fruits (sloe and blackberry). Second impression of lactic aromas proper to malolactic fermentation.
Palate: Smooth, pleasant, vibrant. Full-bodied, lingering, extremely well balanced, note of glycerine. The blended tannins afford the wine body and volume. Full, fruity aftertaste.
Pairing: Perfect with foie, steak tartar and red meat.
