Tasting notes: This Chardonnay is dominated by fresh citrus blossom, melon and fresh apricot aromas with some lees ageing complexity. The palate overflows with ripe fruit characters of melon citrus and ripe stone fruit.
Pairing: Pairs best with mild, buttery or creamy dishes such as a risottos and cream enhanced pastas. As well as well as seafood and chicken. Just make sure not to pair it with anything spicy or acidic.
