On the nose: Intense freshness with pleasant notes of tropical fruit and hint of balsamic and menthol aromas.
On the palate: An excellent balance between residual sugar and acidity which together with spritzy bubbles gives a good volume with a long persistent finish and lingering menthol notes.
Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or a refreshment. Delicious with salads, chicken, white fish and seafood.
